Frequently asked questions

See all FAQs · How it works in detail

Is it really free?

There is no cost to submit your claim or for the attorney's initial review. If you hire an attorney, fees are usually contingency-based. The attorney will explain fees and costs in writing before you agree to anything.

Are you a law firm?

No. GetInjuryQuote is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We collect your information and pass it to an independent licensed attorney for review.

Does submitting create an attorney-client relationship?

No. An attorney-client relationship only exists once you and an attorney sign a written agreement.

Can I file by phone?

Yes. Call our toll-free line and our automated, super intelligent assistant (not a person or a lawyer) will take your claim details. Calls are recorded and transcribed. You can ask for a callback from a person at any time.

How long do I have to file?

Legal deadlines vary by state and situation. We cannot advise you on deadlines. Please ask an attorney about your situation as soon as possible.

How do I contact you?

Call our Super Intelligent Claim Line at (833) 822-7800 or email sarah@getinjuryquote.com. If you already filed, you can also check your claim or add an update at getinjuryquote.com/my-claim. Please don't email sensitive medical records unless asked.

What happens to my information?

It is used to review your claim and contact you. See our Privacy Policy for details. We do not sell your personal information.

Can you tell me what my case is worth?

No. We do not estimate case values or promise results. Every case is different, and only an attorney who reviews the facts can discuss your options.
